Biligual Talent Sourcer

Role Overview:

The Talent Sourcer will oversee the lead generation and the prescreening of the candidates, should be aware of the BPO recruitment market trends to create and execute successful talent sourcing strategies. Must be adaptable and feel comfortable in a fast speed hiring environment by accomplishing deadlines and targets.

Main tasks:

Leads Generation: The Sourcer must be able to handle different channels of Talent Sourcing to generate leads for different profiles simultaneously considering keeping a low budget investment as much as possible. The leads generation can be massive.

Prescreening: The Sourcer must be able to perform prescreening interviews to prescreen the candidates to verify they meet the minimum application requirements following each given profile.

Qualifications:

-Advanced English speaking and writing skills (b2)

-At least 1yr of experience in similar roles, experience in BPO talent sourcing is preferred.

-Bachelor’s degree in related areas is preferred.

-Job stability is a must

Offer details:

Base salary: 4 COP

Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5:30pm, 40h per week
